Within a few days they had determined the motherboard was the problem and agreed to send me a new one under the one year warranty. It was coming from China, and I was advised it could take over a month with regular shipping, and a few weeks with expedited. I chose expedited, expecting to pay at least $20. Instead, they didn't charge me at all and I received my replacement motherboard in 4 DAYS! From China! I am extremely impressed with Orturs customer service, especially during the Christmas/New Years week. My replacement motherboard is installed and my laser is up and running again! I recommend this product on it's merit alone, with a bonus being phenomenal customer service. Thank you Ortur! I’d advise to get to know Lightburn software and making projects is satisfying. Her messages has definitely provided me with assurance that Ortur cares and stands behind their products. I even purchased Ortur rotary unit and I’m having fun!! Again thanks Lynn for the follow up! I downloaded Laserburn software and there is a little bit of a learning curve but well worth it. I have been engraving logos on products and today but out my first design on 3mm plywood. Worked wonderfully!
