This is absolutely my favorite scent. I get compliments all the time. I use the smallest drop of patchouli in addition to the Egyptian musk. It's the closest thing to what I used to wear back in college (in the 90's)

I am a big fan of Egyptian Musk. I've been buying EM's my entire life and most of them are 2nd rate at best. Although I've smelled some great EM's, almost none of them were authentic because their texture was almost like water and they didn't last for more than an hour or two. This attar right here though is almost as thick as honey and lasts for the day and some more.The seller was great. I asked for a sample and I have to say that I was very pleased with the smell, texture and longevity. The one I bought, however, smells quite different from the sample. The texture and longevity are the same in both, but the one I bought smelled very sweet in comparison to the sample. Now if attars are genuine then the smell will vary based on temperature, age, etc., and no two EM's (as in attars from different manufacturers) smell the same.That being said, I really don't like the smell of the one I bought. I prefer an Egyptian Musk that has a noticeably musky, even if sweet, scent. If the smell was a bit more masculine (musky) then I would've been loyal to this brand for life. It would've been my everyday, every occasion wear. I would've told my family to wash my corpse with water mixed with this Egyptian Musk during my funeral shower. But this EM is not like that. I would've still loved it so much more if the smell was at least neutral (like the sample I got), but the smell is actually very feminine. It really actually just smells like candy.I would say 5 stars for the texture, longevity, and the customer service. But 3 stars because it is way too sweet for my taste, like I said it is almost like candy. So balancing out the pros and cons I would give this product 4 stars. But if you're looking for an Egyptian Musk that is very sweet, then this will probably be the best Egyptian Musk that you will buy.

Absolutely love this product! It’s sticky when you first put it on, but soon absorbs into the skin and leaves a lasting fragrance. Receiving compliments all the time. Much much better than any of my perfumes.

The reviews I’m reading are not consistent with the product I just received unfortunately. My bottle has close to zero scent. Maybe I just got a bad batch. The quality and price are very fair, just has close to zero scent.

Excellent quality! I purchased the 4 oz bottle based on other reviews. I can still smell it, and to a small degree still even taste it in the air, 18 hours after application of 3 drops from an eye dropper. Some may actually be turned off by its potency and longevity out of the bottle as it is not all that subtle in the concentration as shipped. I have known and used this scent for 30 years+. I have experienced all the common problems that people that have loved this scent deal with (diluted product, completely unrelated scents called “Egyptian Musk,” etc.). This product smells as I expect and lasts longer than the vast majority of other products. It is very viscous and stays put. In fact, it is so thick that it might not apply very well from some roll-on applicators. In fact, I can still clearly smell it on my hands after Dial soap and water. I do not write many reviews but feel credit should be given where it is due.
