They seem to help!
I take one of these a day. I find that my energy levels have increased significantly. I don’t know why, but I do feel much better since I’ve been taking them. I’ve ordered them a couple other times. Hope this helps your decision.

Increased blood flow but not energy.
This works really well for me. I’m 60 and have noticed significantly increased blood flow specifically when tired. But, not much increased energy. Still good enough for me.

This is an outstanding product!
Excellent product! Many of the nitric oxide supplements can give you a headache. These do not. I had such bad circulation in my lower leg after ankle replacement surgery, that my entire calf was mottled black and blue for over a year. I’d put my foot on the floor and it would turn blue in a few seconds. Surgeon didn’t believe it till he saw it for himself. 2 different doctors told me it would not ever improve. The soft tissue pain from severe cramping was nearly constant. I knew NO (nitric oxide) increased circulation, but finding the right supplement that worked and didn’t give me a massive headache, was an expensive challenge. This one flat out works. I know the NO molecule is very short lived. And there are ‘tricks’ to getting the best results. I take 3 capsules on an empty stomach, and take it 3-4x in a row, about 45 min apart. The painful cramping subsiding, was the first noticeable difference. Next was my foot stopped turning blue, last was the black and blue mottling on my calf, started going away. Now it’s almost completely normal looking. If I can find old photos of how it looked, I’ll come back and post before and after pics.
