We really appreciate and use this cleaner. It is pretty powerful and really cleans the grill! The bristles come off and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

I bought this for my Mother for Christmas and opened to clean the grill for this summer season. It will not charge, we used several adapters that are required and still no charge. We have left it plugged overnight and hours through the day. So now it says too late for refund. Ugh! Update.....I requested a new battery from the seller and they mailed it to me promptly and my grillbot works perfectly now.

Purchased this for Christmas for my husband. We followed all the initial directions, made sure it was charged before the first use. The grill bot worked great. It really cleaned our grill grates on the top side, we flopped them over to clean the underside. We have absolutely no complaints with how this product performed. We used it 3 times between January and March. We pulled it out today to charge the battery. It’s been charging all day (7hours) with no progress. We’ll leave it plugged in overnight and hopefully it will charge. We are very disappointed that it won’t charge, it dud such a good job. An edit to my original post. We let the grill bot charge all night….nothing happened. The vendor site recommended we open the machine and disconnect the battery that is probably in sleeping mode. We did that , plugged the battery back in after 60 seconds and plugged the charger back in. Still nothing, the battery is dead after three months and 3 uses. We have ordered a new battery from the manufacturer through Amazon for $19.99. Hope this works!

Works as advertised! An excellent way to keep your grill clean!

So, my wife ordered this for me for Father's Day, and obviously gave it to me a little early since I know what comes on our Amazon order. Opened the box, and everything was exactly as described. They even threw in an extra battery (and it's a good thing!). I read the directions on initial setup, and plugged the unit in to start charging. Well, after 3 hours of charging I didn't hear a "beep" like it described, so I pulled it off the charger, and the battery was still dead. Wouldn't turn on, would do anything. So then I proceeded to take the top off (be careful, the directions on this are not very clear, and it's hard to get off). I replaced the battery, and voila!! The unit powered right up. Yes, they sent me a defective battery (this is why the 4 stars). I plugged it in, and it charged right up. Threw it on the grill that we used last night, and it cleaned her right up! I am impressed with the functionality, but disappointed with the dead battery. All in all, I would buy it again!

I bought it for Christmas for my husband and it didn't work. The customer service was great they worked to trouble shoot and replaced the battery. Works good.

I love smoking and bbqing but I hate cleaning the grill. No sink is large enough and black grease gets everywhere. The Grillbot changes that entirely and it cleans better. I wish they made these a long time ago. It's so simple and the brushes even go in the dishwasher! Wipe the machine down with a paper towel and it's ready to be stored. One of the brushes was hard to remove the first time but I followed online advise to use a screwdriver and apply gentle pressure while pressing the release button. After first use it comes off like the rest.

This is an amazing item BUT the warranty (the shafts that hold the brushes broke) is none existent if purchased from Amazon.ca. Although Grillbot did their best to put me in touch with the company who sold it to Amazon BUT they were not helpful at all, stating that I purchased the item 3rd party so no warranty and they don't ship to Canada

Bin sehr begeistert von diesem Roboter , wie ein kleiner Käfer, dem nach Drücken "ON" Leben eingehaucht wird. Schnell Deckel drauf und zwischenzeitlich andere Dinge erledigen. Ganz wichtig: Nur für Griller mit Deckel! Sonst springt der Käfer todesmutig vom Griller :) Die Reinigung ist vollkommen in Ordnung!

schnelle Lieferung, Verpackung i.O., aber er säubert nicht gut, habe einen Gasgrill, der Bot muss sich also nur mit Kohleresten, nicht mit Fett und Asche rumschlagen. Macht mächtigen Krach und mit einer herkömmlichen Bürste bekommt man den Grill in 2-5 Minuten besser sauber. Bleibt ein Partygag bis zu wenig Platz da ist, dann wird er entsorgt.
