Great heater certainly pumps the heat out had an intermittent problem with the heater turning off now sorted by electrician.Contacted Futura and they promised to get back to us still waiting a week later.10/10 for the heater 0/10 for Futura

I bought the unit based on the product review.It looks nice but is next to impossible to program. The instruction manual is indecipherable.Having eventually set the unit up twice, it worked for a day and then deleted the program settings and shut itself off.Suggest you avoid this if you want to use it on a program setting. If you just want something to turn on and off, it may be okay.

This heater is really good and heats up the house very quickly.Also turns off when set temperature is reached which helps save electricity

Not bad for the money, it has a timer and you can choose the desired temperature. Radiates heat from the top and the front. It's quiet and looks good, quite easy to mount to the wall.

Best electric heater on the market.

Looks good in the living room. Just can't programme it it's so complicated to do or it doesn't register programming. So currently it's switched off and resorted back to the old oil filled heater.

I GOT 3 OF THESES HEATERS AND THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY PEOPLE 1 WENT FAULTY WITHING A MONTH AND THE OTHER HAS STARTED TO SPARK AND THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE IT AND THEY HAVE TOLD ME TO PURCHASE THE HEATER AGAIN EVEN THO THEY HAVE GONE UP IN PRICE I HSVE EXTENDED INSURENACE ON IT ALSO AND STILL THEY CANT HELP , AMAZON SAID THEY CANT HELP EITHER PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THESE AS THEY ARE FAULTY

Well arrived today very stylish fitted in no time at all let's see if it last's belts out heat so far awesome a little bit pricey if it lasts it's worth it lovely looking
