Want sure what to expect from these but I'm glad took the chance. The set is well presented in a sturdy box and the cards themselves are printed on a nice, thick, coated card stock. The cards are colour coded so you can see which type of card you are choosing which is helpful. Some of the sets are a little repetitive, like the breath work set has a few cards that are similar but with small changes but there aren't any direct duplicates that I've noticed. The prompts are generally really nice and could be used a variety of ways, for example as journal prompts or in wellbeing sessions. I think the price is very reasonable for the quality and content. Would encourage others to give them a go.

Great messages, but some damaged cards
When I received these cards, I took them out of the box to find that the top of some of the cards had been damaged during packaging. I had to cut these down and re-round the corners, which meant I had to do the same for all cards in the deck so they were all the same size and shape. That was frustrating, but now it's done I really like them. They have great messages on the cards and I like the colours and little images too.

La boite du deck m’est arrivée avec inscriptions en anglais ET en français, mais les cartes ne sont écrites qu’en anglais. Ce n’est pas grave pour moi, mais je préfère donner cette information qui pourrait être utile à d’autres.
