Best watch ever, and I’ve had the Apples, Garmins etc
I’ve been an Apple user for years, so I genuinely wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, but the HUAWEI Watch has completely exceeded my expectations. The build quality is outstanding, the battery life is on another level compared to Apple (you’ll get nearly 2 weeks out of one charge!) and the watch is fast, responsive and packed with features. It looks premium, performs brilliantly and does absolutely everything I need it to. The real surprise, though, is the HUAWEI Health app. It’s exceptionally well designed, easy to navigate and provides an incredible amount of health and fitness data. From sleep analysis and heart rate monitoring to workouts, recovery, activity tracking and detailed insights, it genuinely feels like it has everything and then some. In many ways, it’s actually more comprehensive than what I was used to. When you consider the price, it’s simply phenomenal value for money. You get a premium smartwatch experience without paying premium-brand prices. I honestly can’t recommend the HUAWEI Watch highly enough. If you’re thinking of moving away from Apple or just want an outstanding smartwatch that delivers far more than its price tag suggests, don’t hesitate. Huawei has absolutely knocked it out of the park. Hundreds of watch face too!!

amazing watch
I couldn't be happier with my Huawei Watch Fit 3 – it's genuinely exceeded all my expectations! The display is stunning. The large, bright AMOLED screen makes everything so easy to read, whether I'm checking notifications, tracking my workout, or just glancing at the time. The square design gives you so much more usable screen space compared to round smartwatches, and it looks sleek and modern on the wrist. Battery life has been a revelation. I'm getting well over a week on a single charge with regular use, which means I'm not constantly hunting for a charger like I was with my previous smartwatch. It's such a relief to not have to worry about it dying mid-day. The fitness tracking features are comprehensive and accurate. I love the variety of workout modes available, and the automatic detection actually works well. The health monitoring (heart rate, sleep tracking, SpO2) gives me great insights into my overall wellbeing. The sleep analysis in particular has been really helpful for understanding my sleep patterns. It's also incredibly lightweight and comfortable to wear all day and night. I sometimes forget I'm even wearing it, which is exactly what you want from a smartwatch. The interface is smooth and intuitive, and I've had no issues with connectivity to my phone. Notifications work perfectly, and being able to control music playback from my wrist is so convenient. For the price point, the value is exceptional. This watch punches well above its weight and competes with watches costing significantly more. Highly recommend the Huawei Watch Fit 3 to anyone looking for a feature-packed, stylish smartwatch that won't let you down!

Functional watch, so far so good
OK so, where to start. What to compare it to? I had a fitbit a long time ago which I found ok but wasn't for me. Then I moved onto a Withings watch which was stylish and functional. I've had two Withings watches. I bought into the Withings concept and got a Withings weighing scales too. What irked me about the Withings was limited health data. Yes, it would tell me how long I slept and woke up but the breakdown was poor, the detail was poor. The straps marked my wrists with persistent use. My Withings marriage came to an end. My missus is apple everything. I once had an apple iPhone but when I was forced down a software upgrade and subsequently lost everything, I swore I'd never ever do apple again and have stuck to my resolution since then. Android all the way. But the apple watch is aesthetically appealing. Huawei traditionally has a round face. I wanted something Appley without it being so. When I saw this watch, I decided to give it a go. It ticked my initial boxes. I didn't jump in, took the time to read reviews online etc. I've had it about a week. Haven't charged it since the initial charge and is at 55%. They advertise 20 days or so but the more you have enabled on the watch, the less it's going to last. Online reviews from "experts" say it will last longer but again depending on what you have enabled. The sleep data is great. Breaks down into rem, deep sleep, light sleep, breathing disturbances, wake ups, naps, sp02 readings during sleep, heart data etc. It gives meaningful tips on improving sleep quality, shows how you do daily compared to other users. There are lots of bells and whistles on the sleep tracking. General day to day does everything you'd expect, step tracking, will track running on a treadmill, rowing on a rower but doesn't handle cycling on a exercise bike. You can avail of fitness plans, objectives, daily goals etc. Everything I can think of, it can do. One of biggest gripes with my previous watch is that I couldn't respond to messages easily. Picture this - I'd be out walking the dog, lead in one hand, I'd get a message "are you ok, dinner will be ready soon", for me to answer it, I have to stop walking, get the dog to sit, take out my phone from pocket, unlock it, type a message to answer. Put phone back in pocket, continue walking. Cue a follow up message, same exercise happens again. It happens almost daily, some variation. It irks the life out of me. If I didn't answer, cue onslaught of other messages. Ok, sounds like a different problem but I had no easy resolution. Now, I can send a quick reply via watch. You can't type your own messages but rather use predefined short messages from app. But when I'm out walking or busy where I can't use my phone, I won't have a dynamic conversation with someone (otherwise I'd use phone), I just want to say "ok" or "walking dog, back soon" or "ok thanks". The watch itself is bright, can have different settings to activate, has a compass on case you get lost in the desert, can play music, can take a phone call from it, can swipe to see different data summaries, can see weather data etc. All in all, happy with it so far.

Close to perfect with one rather large and unadvertised flaw
When considering other watches I’ve owned such as several fitbits, Apple and now this, the functionality, health information, battery life and quality of this watch is unbeatable so it’s an absolute bargain for £110. However this is my second Fit3 watch after sending my first one back for ‘repair’ as it wasn’t counting every single step. At the time this watch was 8 weeks old so I contacted Amazon who linked me in with the HUAWEI customer service. They were responsive sending various guides (despite previously following these prior to contacting them) to try and rectify the problem. Despite this still being an issue I was asked to complete a customer survey a few weeks after I’d had no reply as to my outstanding issue so upon contacting Amazon, was given a full refund as HUAWEI couldn’t fix/repair the watch yet they never advised me of this. Thinking this was a fluke issue I ordered another Fit3 watch and noticed that this is not an ‘issue’ with the watch, but the watch the watch is designed. Having spent over an hour looking into this I finally found one line, buried in amongst all the other info rather than placing within the exercise or other relevant section that stated the Fit3 is designed to not record steps after 20 seconds of continuous walking. So even if you’re walking continuously for 19 seconds, not a single step is recorded. For placing emphasis on targeted steps per day or week, or completing a walk challenge based on steps, this is very annoying. I understand the point of this is to ensure consistent walking but I could easily do a few thousand steps which working at home yet the majority, suck as making a cuppa, walking to the toilet and back, answering the front door, are recorded. I feel this should be up to the user to have this option on or off as is pick off. This now means that if aiming for 10k steps/day I am aiming for 8k because of this watch as after having monitored steps and seconds closely, there are THOUSANDS of steps over the course of the day not being recorded if you are walking for anything less than 20 seconds. It’s a real shame as it looks great, is even more responsive than the Apple and Sense 2, is super comfortable but this is a huge and well hidden (and known by HUAWEI) flaw.

Works well with my iPhone 15pro
This watch is amazing, I was sceptical because it was so affordable, it does everything my Apple Watch did. Very accurate! The notifications are clear and the screen is perfect! You don’t need the latest model I can tell you, this is perfect and I will be getting them as gifts this Xmas!

💯 totally recommend guys!!
Honestly, totally recommend. I went with a budget watch to start with, and returned in a few days as the sleep tracker didn't work. This watch has really accurate sleep tracking which is perfect to see where my insomnia problems are. And it has a sleep mode, so it stays dark at night! I also find the text messaging notifications useful if you left your phone in another room or if it's on charge etc. screen size, perfect. Value for money... It is on the more expensive side, but it feels premium. Charge lasts ages and it charges quickly. Oh plus side, love the packaging and box, very neat. I've not tried out the exercise or waterproof side of it, but I'm pretty sure they'd be up to standard! Also, the app, once you've got used to where everything is, is actually really cool. You can earn points and get some VIP access. Oh, and the watch face is totally customizable, and you can select up to 20 photos to rotate. I think that's all!! It's awesome!

Great watch
Coming from another really good mid range watch , an Amazfiit GTR3 which i had over 2 years and really liked , its been a great upgrade especially for 130 odd quid , a really smart looking , capable , rectangular watch thats not too big and has more than ill ever need on it , Bought mainly for health monitoring like sleep etc and so far it seems very accurate. Extra convenience is the taking calls on it and works fine although slightly tinny but cant grumble , every time ive used it other party says can hear what i say and i can hear them , nearly went with samsung as thats phone i have but the battery life sold me on this as id been spoilt with the Amazfit one having 2 weeks between charges , well i left it a week before writing this and now 7 days in and constant use daily with sound and vibrate enabled, all health apps on auto (AOD is off ) im downat 40% battery which im really happy with , at this rate id imagine id get 10 days total which is great. Dont need AOD but i guess itll drop if i turn it on , turn watch hand and dsplay lights anyway. Screen is really clear and Phone app is really good , simple to set up on my S24 althought not supported in Google play store , its easy to get app despite what you may read. If i had one bug bear it would be the phone vibration isnt as good as the Amazfit one and if busy with your arms you prob wont feel it vibrate , but is does sound too , so ill live with that as i really like the look of the watch. Seems plenty of watch faces available although i like the one that came already installed but choice is there and enough free ones to have a change now and then , even use your own photo as watch face . All in all i can recommend and im happy with it

Not fully compatible with iOS
Not fully compatible with iOS. Do not buy if you want to use airpods / earbuds for phone calls. Unfortunately this has been causing me a lot of trouble. Whenever I get a call, the watch tries to take over and it disconnects any airpods or earbuds I am using. I tried every solution on the internet and everything suggested by chatgpt, nothing worked. Huawei simply do not give you the option to completely disable calls on the watch (which would probably solve my issue here).
