I take two OTC heartburn pills each morning for a total of 40 mg. Throughout the day I easily get heartburn with simply drinking water. Once, eating one single Cheezit cracker had me up ALL night throwing up acid. I've used this tea for two nights in a row. This stuff works like crazy. The first night I had all my trigger foods of water, chocolate, spicy chips and drank a high proof bourbon expecting to be up all night. I debated drinking the tea before bed or waiting until the middle of the night when I had heartburn to make it. I opted for drinking it before bed. I didn't wake up once and I even slept better I believe due to the chamomile. I will be ordering more and/or learning to make my own. The taste is actually great! If you are debating this, do it. I have found the value for the money with this tea. I am working about the size of the package though and if I want to drink a cup each night before bed or not.
