I misplaced my older wrist weights. I wanted to incorporate them back in my fitness routine. Especially on the days you cant make it to the gym or may not have any dumbbells' for at home workouts. Read the description by the seller are fair & accurate. The variety of colors is great perk as well as other weight options.

I had these huge sandbag style arm weights for walks for a while that fell off constantly and were way too bulky. Happy to have something a little more sleek :) these are pretty light and the weight is adjustable (you can remove some of the weights as needed). I have really small wrists so wrist weights and bracelets move around too much… but these are perfect/ stretchy + adjustable!

My doctor and my physical therapist have both ordered walking and exercising with hand weights to regain strength after having surgery. These weights are great - easy on and off, adjustable, versatile, and comfortable. And I like the soft rosy pink - oly one of many colors - too.

Okay I started wearing these around the house to do daily tasks and chores and have seen such a noticeable difference in such a short time!

I originally got these to be ankle weights for simply walking around at home while I work. But I quickly realized they were not heavy enough for ankle weights as I got the 1 pounds, so I went back and got the 2 pounds and they work great! I love that they come in a variety of colors and are flexible so you can adjust the weight to evenly distribute on your wrists or ankles to get the full distribution.

I am so disappointed in this product. I was so looking forward to using these, but they aren’t an all equal weight (I’m pretty sure one is just plastic and doesn’t weigh anything). Additionally, the individual weights very hard to put back on the strap. It took me, my husband and a knife to wedge the strap back on. Don’t buy these just because they look good

Love this item, however, one of the weights came off one of the straps and you cannot put it back on. the weights easily come off, and there is no way to fix it. I would not buy this style again.
