Buy Scarpa Fuego Mountaineering Boot,Bronze,45 EU/11.5 M US from Trekking & Hiking Boots at desertcart.in. 30 days free exchange or return Review: Solid and comfortable - Love the Scarpa fuego! Super comfortable and solid construction and quality which I have come to expect from Scarpa. I've been in wildland for 18 years and I will never use a logger boot again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to try something different than a traditional logger style. Overall no break in period for comfort, but give them 4-6 weeks to unstiffen Overall. These do have a stiff feel at first but still comfortable out of box, first hike no discomfort or hot spots at all. I do recommend going up a half size too. I would say true to size but if you're like most all wildland hikers you need that little bit extra for the downhills. Best boot and good price considering the high price for loggers now a day. I also died mine black and it held up so far, 10 PT hikes, and 4 fires. Review: So far so good. I have been breaking them in for 2 ... - So far so good. I have been breaking them in for 2 weeks and trying to get the right sock/lacing combination down. Definitely need to buy insoles as there is almost no cushioning on bottoms. All around the rest of the foot feels great. I am new to the mountaineering boots, but an 11.5 in these is an 11 as far as I am concerned. So, yes I went a full size up from a 10.5, but my forefoot has enough room to move in these. Still getting used to them though. I expected just a little more for the price, but I didn't have an opportunity to try them on in a store, so, for "blindly" purchasing them online, I got what I expected overall.

Scarpa Fuego = Amazing
These boots were comfortable on the first day I wore them. They have never given me blisters. They turn water very well and are excellent fire boots and make great regular boot as well. They have a lot of ankle support but if you don't like stiff boots I wouldn't get these boots. The stiffness actually makes them more comfortable for me my feet never get tired. I have walked a lot of miles in them and they are still holding up great. Not a bad thing to say about them I would recommend them to anyone. The reason I wrote this is because the reviews were very helpful to me when I was choosing boots. Buy Scarpa Fuegos you wont regret it!

... of a new boot sole from REI boot was comfortable and fit well
Maybe a little big but with the addition of a new boot sole from REI boot was comfortable and fit well. The boot is still and will take some time to break in but wore them on a fire already and did not have any issues other than being stiff. Great boot.

Size review, after 1 week of use.
The toe has more room then I was expecting. The sides and ankle have the perfect snuggest I want in a pair of fire boots. 45 is a good conversion from 11.5.
