Will it work on my board or kayak?

Yes! Our Boost Fin can fit any surf or paddle board, thanks to adapters we have created. It's versatile to fit single-person kayaks too. If you're not sure which adapter to choose, just send us a picture of your regular fin and we will help you out.

How long does Boost Fin last for Surfing and for SUP?

For Surfing 2 switching modes: long boosts for paddling out and short boosts for catching waves. One fully charged battery is enough for roughly 2 hours. For SUP 3 modes: Assistance – up to 60 min, Trolling – up to 45 min, Wind – up to 30 min.

Do I need to purchase additional items?

The package includes the Boost Fin and longboard adapter (US fin box), remote control, charger, and mounting kit. If your board requires a specific adapter, you'll need to choose the appropriate one.

What is the battery lifetime?

The cycle life exceeds 500 cycles. After 500 cycles with a 90% depth of discharge (DOD) charge and discharge at rated current, the residual discharge capacity remains above 80% of nominal capacity.

How to control the Fin?

There are 2 buttons for Short Boost and Long Boost. One press activates the motor, another press turns it off. Each Boost parameter can be easily adjusted in the app to find the settings that suit you best.
