I take this along with Alpha Lipoic Acid as I read years ago in a Reader's Digest article that they keep you young.

I've only taken it for a few days so far but I appreciated the safety sealed jar. I'd say a very mild gurgle in my stomach when take on an empty stomach or with my coffee.But nothing that's truly upsetting.Looking forward to some positive results!

Amazing stuff. I suffer from fatigue. Always tired. Always buying/trying healthy things to give me energy. I'm sensitive to caffeine. If I get too much I get weak and I have to sleep. This stuff has helped me so much. I can actually function. Not dragging at work trying to just make it through the day. If I could give this stuff a 10 star rating I would. Price point is great too. Only take one a day.
