I learned about this product from someone who was using that had similar circumstances

I just started taking this Quercetin supplement, so it's too early to say if I'm seeing any real benefits. I wanted to share my initial thoughts. First off, the idea behind liposomal delivery caught my attention. Supposedly, this method helps the body absorb the quercetin more effectively, which sounds promising because I've read that quercetin on its own doesn't get absorbed all that well. This is supposed to mean better absorption and a slower release into the bloodstream, making it more effective over time. After all, if it's not absorbed, what good is it? However, I do find it a bit pricy, especially since I'm not yet sure of the benefits. I like the powerful antioxidant properties of quercetin. It’s found in a lot of fruits and vegetables, and it’s known for scavenging free radicals, which helps protect cells from damage. That's great for anyone looking to support their overall health. I also read that it can boost the immune system and promote a balanced immune response. Quercetin is also known to support cardiovascular health by promoting optimal blood vessel function and circulation. That's another reason I was interested in this supplement. They're also allergen-free and made in a GMP-compliant and U.S.-registered facility. Overall, while I can't yet vouch for the long-term effects, I feel good about the potential benefits of taking this supplement. There's a lot of positive information out there about quercetin, and the liposomal delivery system seems like a smart way to make it more effective. I'll keep taking it and hopefully start noticing some of those touted benefits soon. Of course, it's recommended that you first speak with your healthcare provider before taking a new supplement.

I like the products from this brand that I’ve tried. By using liposomal technology the bioavailability of this quercetin is increased a good bit. Quercetin has multiple benefits for humans, which is why it’s part of my daily regimen of nutritional supplements, vitamins, and health adjuvants. Renue by Science appears to be a quality brand of supplements. I can easily recommend this with 5 stars.

For me, I was glad to see these are manufactured in the US and distributed in the US as well. I will say that the capsules are a bit smaller than some other supplements that I take, which can be a good thing. The capsules also have a slight yellow color to them which is characteristic to other quercetin supplements I've taken. I'm not going to go out an say quercetin is a miracle supplement, but I have read quite a few studies that indicate the antioxidant benefits that it provides. I haven't noticed any negative side effects since taking this product, so it seems like a keeper. It seems a little pricey, for only 150mg servings, but maybe its better effective quality due to the liposomal nature...not sure. I'm not a scientist that's studied it.

This quercetin supplement is manufactured such that it can survive the digestive system and be better absorbed by the body (liposomal). Many quercetin supplements contain more dose than this supplement does, but if one were to assume those supplements are not liposomal, then the difference can be attributed to an equivalent absorbed dose. This quercetin supplement is just quercetin and nothing else (typically you would find bromelain to aid with absorption, but some people may have reactions to it, which would make this supplement more appropriate for them). It comes in a relatively small cellulose capsule that is quite easy to swallow. The capsules come in a white plastic bottle that has a screw on cap and the cap has a flip top on it making it more convenient to use. The supplement is manufactured in the USA in a GMP certified facility. There is a lot number and manufacture date printed on the bottom of the bottle. Over the time I have been taking this supplement, I did not experience any side effects. There really is no odor or flavor to it, which isn’t usually a problem with quercetin supplements. It is odd that it is a white capsule instead of the usual clear capsule and yellow powder that I’m used to, but being liposomal, the quercetin should be processed such as it would be encapsulated to protect the core ingredient. Overall, I think this is a quality quercetin supplement.

. High quality supplement product. The capsules are always tight and without residue. I have been taking quercetin in my daily routine for a very long time. I have been moving into lipo supplements. Glad to find it with this brand. Quality manufacturing is important to me. Globally sourced ingredients are to be expected due to growing conditions and indigenous origins. Because of the requirements of USA manufacturing, I can extend my trust as well as to the sourced ingredients.

First of all, this product comes from a reputable company that does testing on their products and shares those results with the consumer which makes me feel confident I’m getting a high quality, safe supplement. I like that these come as a 90 day supply. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects and feel like this product gives me more energy when I take it consistently. I’m really happy with this brand and product.

I started taking quercetin at the behest of my mother, and so I have been taking it since. As with any supplement, it's hard to espouse any of the benefits with certainty, but I have been taking it as directed, and am reasonably content with how I've felt since. I can only assume they are working as proposed.

I got this for my mother because she needs to take quercetin for her liver and other health issues. This seems like a good, effective product, and she really appreciates how easy it is to take the capsules. She reported that she did feel like she benefitted from taking these moreso than another brand she had been using, which suggests that it's genuinely good quality. Small capsule with recommended dose of just 1 capsule makes this a very easy and convenient way of adding quercetin to your diet. Capsules appear to be good quality with no moisture issues and are easy to swallow.

It’s always hard to tell if supplements are doing the job but after using the entire bottle over the past couple of months we have had no side effects and did remain healthy. It’s been 2 weeks now off them and I’m not sure if it’s just the work load at work at this time of year at Christmas or that I’ve been off the supplements but I am more tired.

I’ve recently turned 55 and although I’ve always been healthy and health conscious I’ve started taking a few different supplements in an attempt to keep that fitness/good health rolling along. I looked into the potential benefits, as well as any side-effects, related to the product/ingredients and came to the conclusion that it would be fine for me to include this product into my normal daily routine and diet. Very easy to take and I look forward to continuing good health into the future!

I am frequently congested and have found that since taking this supplement for the past few weeks my exercise performance has improved and I am less congested; what proportion of this is due to having upped the cardio component of workouts is of course hard to determine. As my congestion also responds well to antihistamines I am inclined to think the quercetin is also having an impact as it is stated to have antihistamine properties. I am generally very healthy and rarely get sick so it's also difficult to determine if my immunity has improved but I can say I've had no ill effects and have been feeling better than in both mood and fitness since taking this supplement.
