THE GOOD The sound is good, the noise cancelling isn't bad either, the Bluetooth connectivity works just fine and it has a good range, the battery life is fantastic and it charges very quickly, they're pretty comfortable too at least for my ears. USB C charging and has a little hole for a jack, comes with a sturdy case. Something I really like is it can switch seamlessly between my phone and my tablet so the Bluetooth seems versatile to me. THE BAD The touch controls are the biggest let down. I turn touch control off via the app, whenever you want to change track it takes multiple swipes, sometimes it does the wrong thing like turning ANC off. I've also had random disconnects/tracks pausing but those were rare and have stopped now. It's Sennheiser so the quality is there, I think most will enjoy this purchase, but I didn't expect the let downs.

I wrote a previous review for one of the other pairs, but I'll write another. Pair 1 bought in 2023-05 and worked for several months before issues with static, loud tones, etc.. Amazon support said anything over 1 month old needed to go to the manufacturer for warranty repair, but I didn't have time so I just ordered another pair. Pair 2 bought in 2023-12, arrived same day ! but were bad out of the box - same issue - Amazon replaced overnight. Pair 3 replacement for Pair 2 worked for 13 months and went bad on me. Now processing 2 different warranty repairs as they are both still within 2-year warranty period. When they work, these are awesome, but either they have a design flaw, or Amazon received a bad batch of them. That's why they get 2 instead of 1 star. Previously had Sennheiser MB-660's which lasted 4-5 years without an issue.

They do the job. Watched countless videos and reviews before choosing these and wish I had stuck with the soundcore option.

The product feels premium and well made, despite large parts made from plastic, which I could see is for weight cutting purposes. The top of headband is made from fabrics, which is nice to look at. The ear cushions are quite big but somehow they still make my ears feel a bit hot. The sound quality is exceptional when connected with usb cable using the built in DAC of the headphones, but is pushed even further when using my dongle DAC connected with analog cables. With that said, Bluetooth codecs like AAC and aptx adaptive are both supported, which is nice to have, the volume when using with my iPhone seems to be a bit too small due to some unknown reason but it is a non issue when I use it with my android phone which supports aptx adaptive. And the battery really lasts like forever, and charging speed is also satisfying as I used my power delivery charger and filled it from 40 percent to full in like half an hour. It seems my choice with this is correct by not choosing the xm5 and QC ultra because it’s much more musical and has a standard frequency response, which is rare in a ANC headphone.

Produto maravilhoso, som equilibrado com ótimos graves. Marca conceituada no segmento, nao tem risco. Tive um PXC2 deles que ja achava um som impecável mas este superou. Fora o acabamento que é primoroso. Investimento alto mas é um fone para ficar por muitos anos. Vale cada centavo. Quem poder, pode comprar sem medo.

Fantastischer Sound, kann mach echt nichts sagen, aber technisch eine Katastrophe. Schaltet sich random ein sobald die Kopfhörer im Case sind (bekanntes Problem seitens Sennheiser), zusätzlich schalten sich die Teile auch im Gebrauch gerne immer wieder aus - angeblich durch Firmware behoben, aber immer noch ein Problem. Dazu kommt noch die unterirdische App, und wirklich bequem sind die Dinger leider auch nicht. Gehen leider zurück, so gut Sie auch klingen.
