Okay, I have to give these credit because remembering to take vitamins every day is usually where things go downhill for me. The gummies make it a lot easier because they actually taste good and don't feel like I am forcing myself to swallow a giant vitamin. The citrus flavor is probably my favorite part. They have a fruity taste and a soft gummy texture, so taking two feels more like having a little treat than doing some kind of daily health homework. I also like that the serving is just two gummies, which makes it really easy to work into my routine. The bottle comes with 80 gummies, so you get 40 servings, which is a decent amount and makes it easy to keep stocked for a while. As far as hair, skin, and nails go, I am mainly looking forward to being consistent with them and seeing how they work for me over time. I don't expect a magic transformation overnight, but I do appreciate having a supplement that is actually enjoyable enough that I am more likely to remember taking it. Overall, these are convenient, easy to take, and much more enjoyable than the usual boring vitamin routine. If you are looking for a citrus-flavored gummy option and don't love swallowing pills, these are definitely worth trying.

These gummies are effective and tasty. Being of a certain age hair, skin and nails change (not for the better). After a week of taking a gummy daily, I noticed that my nails were getting very brittle and splitting down the middle. I thought it was very odd because the gummies were supposed to help! On the flip side of that, my hair was feeling fuller and I noticed less fall in the shower. By the end of two weeks my nails were a mess, but my hair and eyelashes were better than I'd seen them in a very long time. After a bit of research I realized that I wasn't as low on Biotin as I'd thought and just needed to reduce my dose. I now only take 2 gummies per week (Sun and Thurs). I'm now 1+ month in and the nails have returned to normal but the hair and eyelashes are still doing wonderfully. I've gained nearly an inch of length in just a little over a month and my eyelashes, while not exactly thick and lush have gained a bit of length as well. For reference, I'm not taking anything else for hair, skin and nails, just the gummies. At only 2 gummies per week, this bottle will last quite a while. They're definitely not a miracle cure, but I'm so pleased with my results I'll continue taking them.

I gave tried so many different types and brands of Biotin, I just went back to this one as its the only one that has worked for me. I'm skeptical about anything yummy but I gotta tell you, my nails were never so strong and healthy as when I was constantly on these. It also has elapsed, my skin and hair. I Very Highly recommend them. They taste great btw.

These are great! They taste good and have everything I need! I do want to note that my bottle must have been left in the heat because all of the gummies are clumped together at the bottom of the bottle and I need to get them out with chop sticks. That is the only reason for four stars!

I have been buying these gummies for years. They’re easy, tasty and I did notice a difference in my nails when I first started on them. But I don’t understand why they package them in #1 plastic - it’s known to break down and be unsafe for food. Any UVA rays get to it and that plastic is permeating your gummies. Yum! I keep mine in the fridge but am beginning to loathe Nature’s Bounty for wanting corporate profit over food safety - it would cost them a few more pennies to use appropriate food safe packaging but greed has intoxicated them. The five stars are for the gummies and it’s 5 negative toxic dump stars for the packaging.

My hair was falling out in clumps on the daily d/t weight loss meds. I started taking these gummies and in a couple weeks or so I realized my hair was no longer falling out. Maybe a hair or two when showering or combing. Will take this forever.
