The product is absolutely life changing, it has helped me open my sinuses when I have blocked noses and on top of everything it’s cheap and good value for money. It is very effective and adhesion is great and easy to use. It has a very premium feel to it and removing it is very easy. The size fits to my nose very well but after you take it off you can’t put it back on without it losing its adhesion abilities. Great product, need to buy again. It’s also lasts years if you don’t use regularly.

I was a bit sceptical reading all the enthusiastic reviews of that strips, but I just have to join to the choir :) Now I can understand what does it mean to take full breath trough my nose! The strips are great, lifting the top part of the nostrils, they allow much more air to flow trough. The glue is strong enough to stay for long (I removed mine after 16 hours before shower, but the strip had no signs of peeling off). It's also gentle, I have no red skin etc. After short time I nearly forgot that it's stuck to my nose. No problems when falling asleep or sleeping. I cannot recommend it more!

The new versions are not as strong, and the black ones tickle my nose. These used to be REALLY good, they were strong and helped your nostrils stay open. Bit difficult to take off, but I found that was worth it. They updated the product and it is now weaker. Less sticky, less good at holding your nostrils open. So easier on the skin when you take them off but less airflow, its a trade. The white ones are plastic, but the new black ones have a fabric of some kind, the issue is that little strands tickle your nose, which, you know good luck getting to sleep while something occasionally tickles your nose.. not too bad but does happen.

Finally a nose strip that stays put and doesnt feel like a mini exfoliation session when taking it off. I have a deviated septum and breathing at night isn't fun... until I found these gems – the best nose strips on Amazon, hands down. Unlike others, they skip the flimsy two rows or plastic and opt for a thicker stronger bar that actually lifts your nose. The adhesive and strip quality are top-notch – a quick wash before sticking them on, and you're set for a night of solid contact without it peeling off half way through the night. Removing them in the morning is a straightforward with a bit of warm water. Bonus: these are the only strips that I've found stick well during exercise. Trust me, the extra cost is well worth the breathing and sticking power these nose strips bring to the table.

Not worth buying. After the second night, the glue burned the skin on my nose. The patch caused chafing overnight, and my skin couldn't breathe under it. The patch smelled like plastic. The glue stayed on the skin.

Stop what you're doing and try this product. I've been using these strips for about 12 months, firstly just for sleeping and then applying a fresh one for during the day too. I have a very deviated septum and these have made a huge difference to my quality of life. The supported comfort of breathing, and long list of health benefits to doing so, have made a significant difference to me and I cannot recommend them enough. Naturally people ask why I am wearing them during the day/work and if I've recently broken my nose. After explaining that it was a break years ago, I explain how much of a difference this product makes and recommend they try it if they have any discomfort breathing at all. It can also be particularly beneficial during physical training sessions. I had some issues with a recent batch and the customer service team really went above and beyond to rectify it. It's the extra mile from a small UK business that has guaranteed I will keep using this product. They do the job and stay on all night. ...unlike Breathe Right strips. However, they are overpriced for what they are. Hence 4 stars, not 5
