I first purchased this supplement a few months ago, and like many I've waited to write a review as you nneed a bit of time to see the results. I have tried various training supplements over the years and have finally found one that actually delivers what it says. I followed the instructions, combined with a regular exercise plan and pretty healthy diet and have achueved great results. I feel energised, and am on the way to achieving the physique I want. I now have a lot of definition and for the first time in my years have the makings of of six pack, goodbye keg. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't really have a taste. I took 1 first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and ate breakfast about 20 minutes later, I did the same at lunch, and the third at 3 pm. I had no side effects regarding sleep disturbance but I wouldn't take one any later than this. Overall highly recommended product, it's not a miracle pill but combined with exercise and diet, it really works.

Before taking these diet pills, I struggled with stubborn love handles that wouldn't budge no matter what I tried. Aside from the initial taste and smell of the tablets on opening, have been impressed and happy with the effects so far. The bloating feeling and "muffin top" round the middle has definitely reduced and that was the intended outcome initially. So I'd, personally, say that they're effective and helping with weight loss/control. So far I've had no negative side effects, so am happy to keep on track with these tablets.

WOW, I have used this supplement along with a high protein diet and a regular training plan and the results are awesome..💪🏼 This supplement not only curbs your appetite and reduces the amount of snacking but also gives you a great energy boost..👌🏼 I normally take them either in the morning or an hour before a training session, I would not suggest taking them at night as they could affect your sleep..😖 I would definitely recommend this supplement to people who are serious about changing their lifestyle and need a little bit of an extra boost..😊

This is my honest opinion....... These tablets/capsules actually work for me. If taken as instructed alongside regular exercise and a healthy diet then you will see the results. Not instant but with willpower and patience you will feel and see the results. Clothes that I struggled to fit in because of me putting on weight and not undertaking any form of exercise, I can now fit in alongside taking these tablets. Thank you Adrian James. I will continue to purchase and use for as long as need be. So e might say they are pricey but for me they are value for money.

I was hopeful that this product would do what it says it can, but after taking this religiously for 4 weeks, it has made no difference. I eat a healthy balanced diet, and am very active so at this time I would not recommend this product.

Felt more energetic but no weight loss.

Really good product. Repeat customer who orders frequently! I take it daily and haven't went without it in over a year. 1 in the morning is enough for me to feel energised and it really suppresses my appetite.
