Pleasantly Surprised
I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of these hooks. I've bought some generic import fishing hooks in the past and would sometimes find open eyelet rings and deformed out of shape hooks. Not with these, all 50 have perfect hook point, barb, 90 degree bend and closed rings. The 5/0 pairs up well with 5" and 6" soft plastic minnow/jerk shad having very good gap between bait and hook point with it exiting further down the body of the bait. I believe this will help catch rate with short striking fish. Also a really nice hook point that out of the box does not need much dressing if any at all. Item was shipped quickly.

Good Hooks At A Good Price
I have had no problems at all with turning these hooks into crappie catching jigs. Fits the mold, catches the fish. Sharp and durable. This is what Iโm going to use going forward.

Work Really well
The hooks have a very high quality and I love the way they hook fish! Iโve reaped in fish that were barely hook and it still was a little difficult to get the hook out! Iโm my opinion I love that because it means that that fish would not come off. I highly recommend these hooks and weights!

Poor poor quality steel!
Very soft steel! Bought them to tie bunch of Meat Whistlers, but realized that the steel was soooo soft that I couldn't even push the cone head back without bending the hook. Waste! Buy Fulling Mill, Mustad or Daiichi nex time. Don't be cheap like me :))
