**Q: It says for grey, silver or platinum hair but does it also work on more goldeny blonde hair? Would just like to stop mine going yellowy. Thanks in adv**
A: Yeah it does my hair is blond and some golden streaks I left it in for 20mins with some conditioner on and my hair was like brand new I love it :)

**Q: my hair is light brown with alot of grey would this shampoo be suitable**
A: This shampoo removes the bronze tarnish in white/silver hair.  If your hair is light brown it may not bronze as white hair does and you might find it does not work.  My hair is completely white and the shampoo is very effective.

**Q: Has anyone used this on brown hair?  What effect did it have? Thanks.**
A: I use it for my previously-dyed-brown hair - the brown dye left behind lots of red tones when it caught the sun, and this is by far the best I’ve tried - it really takes the red out leaving my brown hair more golden-ashy toned. Got to leave it in a little before rinsing.  I’ve previously tried Aussie purple shampoo and Fanola no orange, and touch of silver is so much more impacting. (The blue Fanola brand did nothing).

I can't fault the actual tem, I've ordered from the same place before and everything has been fine. This time however it's missing 1/6 of the shampoo because it didn't have the sticky lable over the top as it has before. So it's all over the place. I did however get a refund. I hope next time it will be appropriately packaged. Would recommend, but be cautious if ordering other items along side, it went over other items in the same box. 😭 But like I said, it's the first time it hasn't had the sticky lable on. So it remains at 5* since the product itself is fine but whoever packed it is a sausage. 🙃
