Absolutely love this newborn balm!!! It is very thick and has the consistency of Vaseline. There is absolutely no scent at all, and it goes on very smooth. I love using this on my baby after bath time and at night before bed, and she loves it too! I use about a dime sized amount on each arm and leg, and massage it in. It leaves her skin feeling smooth and so incredibly soft. It feels hydrated and she does not have any dry skin issues. You can begin using this immediately after birth and continue to use it for as long as you wish. My baby is 3 months and I am still using it.There is no sun protection in this balm and should not be used as sun screen.

I have been using Aveeno Baby Healthy Start Nourishing Newborn Balm since my little one was born, primarily for massage and on the face to soothe dry skin on the cheeks. I love the Aveeno Newborn Balm! My daughter gets flaky, dry skin on her face and scalp, and this has completely cleared it up. The consistency is somewhere between a lotion and Vaseline, but without the heaviness or stickiness. It’s very gentle, glides on easily, and leaves her skin soft and smooth. I use it after baths along with lotion—especially on her face and any areas that need extra hydration. It has a very light, pleasant scent and always works. I’ll definitely keep repurchasing this! Also bonus is that it is very affordable compared to other baby skincare lines!

Highly recommend. This stuff is the best. I was a firm believer in aquaphor before I found this. I received a small sample in one of those registry gifts boxes. It really helped with my newborns dry peeling skin, and absorbed well, without leaving him feeling like a greased pig that may drop at any moment. A little goes a long way, so worth the price. I rubbed the extra in my elbows, which always feel like sandpaper despite everything I have tried, and now they are smooth as a babies bottom.

I knew I had to buy a full-sized tube after sampling this in my Target baby box. I love how supple it keeps my baby’s skin and appreciate that it isn’t scented or greasy. The feel of this moisturizer is the most unique I’ve come across.

This lotion is amazing! It fits perfectly in the diaper bag and doesn’t take up too much space. A little lotion goes a long way so it lasts a while. Even though it’s unscented it still smells pleasant. My baby has sensitive skin and this hasn’t once irritated or bothered. I believe it’s a great product worth the price.

Helps my baby with eczema. Goes on easy and sticky. Its a good size bottle.
