These Vitamin D-3 softgels are easy to swallow and contain no unnecessary ingredients. The oil used is flaxseed, which itself is a nutritious ingredient. Vitamin D-3 is cholecalciferol, the preferred form for proper absorption. The dose is fairly substantial, which is good because most people are deficient in Vitamin D. Of course, it's a good idea to occasionally have your blood tested for Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy levels, to make sure it's in the ideal range.

Excellent vitamin supplement! Never use anything else and even though I'm almost 60, I have healthy teeth and a few muscles left. They don't bother my stomach, are small and soft and give me an energy boost in the morning.
