Extremely Disappointing โ Poor Battery Life and Motherboard Failure Within 14 Months
### Extremely Disappointing Experience with HP 15 **1. Battery Life:** The battery backup has been extremely poor. I have been getting only around **2 hours of battery life**, which is disappointing for a laptop in this price range. **2. Speaker Quality:** The speaker volume is very low. Even at maximum volume, the sound is not loud enough for comfortable everyday use. **3. Motherboard Failure:** The biggest issue is that after just **1 year and 2 months of use, the motherboard developed a problem and the laptop stopped charging**. A major hardware failure this early is completely unacceptable. **4. Overall Reliability:** I switched from Dell to HP expecting better reliability, but unfortunately, my experience with this HP 15 has been extremely disappointing. A laptop developing such a major issue after only 14 months raises serious concerns about its durability and reliability. **5. Overall Experience:** I am very disappointed with this purchase. The poor battery life, low speaker volume, and especially the motherboard failure have made this a very poor experience for me. **Overall Rating: -1/5** I would **not recommend this laptop** based on my experience.

Great performance at reasonable price
i3 13th gen good balance between performance and battery back up . Mc afee and ms office seems only valid for 30days. Display is above average though -Brightness &viewing angles could have been better. - Speakers ๐ is good - keyboard is good but not backlit - Web cam though they say 1080p ,my 15 year old dell captures better images,it is disappointing Overall. Good laptop under 40k
