After about 5 uses, the washer will not work. I just sent a message to Craftsman and will update this review if they do the right thing.Update 1: I contacted Craftsman directly and they have responded quickly with a few troubleshooting suggestions...which I tried with no luck. They also asked for some documentation to include my address and proof of purchase. I'm hoping that means that they will do the right thing and send a replacement...fingers crossed. I will update this review if things progress.Update 2: I just heard back from Craftsman's customer service, and they are sending me a replacement for free. Thank you, Craftsman, for doing the right thing and standing by your product.

I bought a foam cannon, my first ever and found out I needed a pressure washer to operate it. I wanted something inexpensive and found this.About 10 hours after I ordered it, it arrived at my house.It was easy to hook everything up, including the foam cannon and I washed my car. It did a great job and I’m very happy.Update 4/2/2025 - i had to return this. While it was good for washing my car, it was useless on our siding. I bought a more powerful washer at HD, which is good on both applications.This is not a bad washer, it very solid and seems well built.

I recently purchased this power washer and have been using it extensively to do a lot of cleaning on my porch, decks and driveway that get pretty dirty over the winter. It has been working great and I am very pleased with it. You get two directional nozzles with it but I purchased some additional ones for various tasks.

I was surprised at the power of the machine. It cleaned my outside concrete steps going down to my basement which were caked with tree mildew and sap. I used the nozzle from my old pressure washer so I don’t know how good the nozzle that comes in the box is.

Works great, no complaints about it's performance. It's included hose, foam cannon and gun I haven't even used, I have my own stuff. The pressure washer is pretty good for how small it is, I bought it for cleaning my car which it is perfect for, a gas powered washer would be too powerful for that. I cleaned my siding and it did an decent enough job.

There are currently no new buy options available for this item. I received an open package without the angle nozzles. The motor stopped working after about 4 uses. I have issued a refund since it happened so quickly, I ordered another one so hopefully that next one will be better......I like the design colors matching the rest of my tools. Comes in a small compact form and compatible with quick release fittings. The cable is easy to wrap and keep stored on the handle. The foam cannon bottle is useless, Just buy a dedicated bottle. The hose is medium quality and not kink proof, the wand is too long and annoying if your gonna use a foam cannon, better used for taller vehicles like SUVs or trucks. I have a low car, a low car on coil overs and a sports car, so the long handle is useless to me. Doesn't leak water anywhere but PLEASE make sure you put it far away from drops of water, I BARELY splashed some drops of water I don't know if that was the issue when though this is supposedly water proof. This item is very sturdy and looks like its built of high quality material, the weight is evenly distributed and does not feel heavy or bulky, fits nicely anywhere you put it with everything in place after you disconnect the hoses.

This pressure washer has never let me down.. forget spending hundreds/thousands of dollars on one. Buy this you will not be disappointed. My only complaint is it’s a little louder than I’d like but other than that it’s very reliable.
