Hello Lounger Moca..not working
I love my chair. I've had it for about a year. It functioned well till a few months ago. The recliner will not open manually and the smart voice control no longer works either. I'm glad the chair was in a closed position when it stopped functioning as a lounger. I don't know how to fix the electrical problem since there is no company to call and Amazon has no idea what to do about this problem. I have it placed in an amazing area, but it no longer serves as a lounger just as a chair. Any advise welcomed...
