Pleasantly pleased with this gluten free donut mix! A lot of gluten free donut mixes come out tasting extra chewy and not good...but these are great! These came out tasting like a nice cake donut! The recipe was easy to follow and works perfectly in a donut pan that you use in the oven. Will definitely be purchasing again!

This is incredible. The donuts are just the right sweetness, just the right fluffiness. They taste great by themselves or topped with a glaze—I recommend melting chocolate wafers and spreading it on the donuts. You can even throw them in a bag of cinnamon and sugar, or confectioners sugar for powdered donuts. Or fry them just a bit after baking to get that professional crisp. Make sure to dunk them in coffee to feel like a cop or regular joe on the east coast. They take me back to the time when I wasn’t gluten free. There is no better gluten free donut mix out there. King Arthur does it again!

We buy this donut mix for special occasions. For a cheaper alternative, I usually just use King Arthur pancake mix, but this mix definitely makes the donuts thicker and more substantial. The back of the box even has a recipe for icing to make them glaze, which is a fun bonus. I would definitely recommend it, though I think the flavor is a bit more like waffles than traditional donuts.

Just made these this past Saturday I have celiac disease so it’s not easy finding a good doughnut these were really good my kids and I devoured them in one sitting not too sweet just right a bit pricey my only complaint which is why I gave it 4 stars is that it has a bit of a gritty texture to it which I know is from the brown rice flour but if I can find a way to mask that then it would definitely be a five star product for me but I would buy these again for sure

Surprisingly good! I even made a glaze and added sprinkles.

Delicious, fluffy and easy to make

I am huge huge fan of ANY King Arthur Gluten-Free flours, I am talking getting their logo tattooed on my body, type of fan. But instead of making a permanent body marking, I rushed to order their GF Doughnut mix. I wanted to make gluten free doughnuts for my daughter with Celiac. These were Bomb Diggity Dog Delish!!! All my kiddos loved them including those who often partake in the devil grain as we like to refer to it. I was easily able to make these Dairy-Free with substitutions. The mix makes a more dense doughnut when baked. I do not know how these would turn out if fried. That sounds like a lot of work to me and since I use box mixes instead of making from scratch you can tell I only want to look like a cool mom but not put in the actual work to be one. The texture and flavor reminded me of an Old Fashion doughnut, more cake like, YUM! They held together well and were not a crumbly disaster. Thank you King Arthur for saving me from having to vacuum after eating any of your GF goodies. If you too, want to be the a gluten free gangster in the kitchen this mix is the way to go.
