Tough, waterproof and with a decent battery life (depending on your rechargeable) this little beauty served as a bike light for years. The trick is to stick some surgical tape onto the glass, instantly converting it from a "throw beam" to a "wide flood".The new version has a fnacier mode swtich with battery indicator, but rhe main part is that it is well build, robust, reliable and bright. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Button Top battery *by R***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 January 2021* The Fenix PD35 is an excellent torch. My old one withstood four years of hard use down a ship's engine room before I lost it, hence the new one. Batteries are not supplied with the torch but the 18650 Li-Ion rechargeable battery is recommended for use and is purchased separately. Unfortunately what isn't said in any of the blurb is that it should be a 'BUTTON TOP' one.
