These are so comfortable and easy to carry. I use them when I'm walking for some upper body strength and toning. Soft grip and easy to carry!

Easy to hold, add oomph to your cardio
I wanted to give my cardio workouts more intensity, holding these weights does that! I find that, along with increasing the intensity which makes my heart/lungs work more, when you hold something heavy away from your body, you will find yourself tightening/holding your core more firmly to give support; so it is core work as well. Very happy with these.

They are comfortable, but the sand moves around. I thought they had weights in them, which is what I prefer.
