This is a really good deal! At Walmart, for about a third of the amount of oil, you will pay $10. Avocado oil is the best oil to cook with. It doesn't contain the toxin, hexane, that seed and vegetable oils contain. Hexane can cause neurological problems.

100% PURE, exactly what I need for my muscle rubs and body butters. Also use in cooking. Photo makes it look much bigger, was surprised the jug was small.

The only reason why I didn’t give it a five is because of the container. I prefer dark glass.

Quality oil.

I ordered the large jug of oil for fying. I made chicken tenderloins the first time and thought the smell and taste was due to some bad chicken, we threw it out. Just recently I fried some fresh whitefish in the oil, it was horriable. The smell alone mades you sick. Determined the oil was ransid, not the proteins I was cooking. Check your oil before you use it. Really disappointed.

Real though it was a big gallon for that price
