The vehicle had hands free calling for the factory stereo, but unfortunately you can not use the original microphone which was flawless. I purchased a pioneer stereo mic to install, but appears to have the same issues. Crackling, in and out sound. We end switching to phone mike which defeats the hands free. After running the cable for the camera which took some time and connecting all the wires to the harness I turned it on. The camera view was upside down. There was a setting to flip the view which I used but after turning if the key it referred right back to being upside down. Stereo was pretty glitchy. When I went to connect my phone via Android Auto the unit showed the Android Auto symbol and then just froze with a little white dot on the right side of the screen. Couldn't do anything after this until I turned the key off. Tried connecting a few more times and same issue. I would recommend spending a little more money on a better unit. I purchased another unit for less than 200 dollars and love it. It works great. I went against my better judgement when I read the reviews and thought it might be ok but no. I should also mention the backside of the unit was plastic.
