Leca Horticultural Grit, Clay Pebbles, Lava rock like, Fine Grade 2-4mm (10L)

I love this stuff, have purchased several bags now. It's much easier to cart around than heavy grit. I mix it into compost for all my patio pots, and use it as a top layer on them, as well as on an entire bed of lavender. Looks attractive, makes weeding a lot easier, and improves drainage. I also used the pebbles along the ground where next door's garage roof drops a lot of water when it rains. Helped to stop a ditch forming in the soil. I do find the colour can vary a bit between batches, sometimes it's lighter/greyish and sometimes it's darker/reddish.

Saved all my plants from thr black Flies attacking them laying their eggs in the soil . Took a while to repot them all but looks good as well

This seems to be working well. Having had a form of Knat infesting my indoor plants and tried other products I spread this grit on the top soil and it has worked for some plants. I have to water from the base as the insects live in damp soil.

Great quality and used on my bonsai. More than enough arrived and easy to use. However, had to call Ncis to investigate why there was a persons hand in mine. See photo Gibbs sorted it what a man !

The size of the bag delivered was extremely small compared to the picture. Very disappointed

I use this for mixing in with potting compost and top soil to provide good drainage and texture for pots and planters. It is fine-grained and mixes in evenly. It is lightweight and doesn't abrade your skin when picking up a handful. Compared to other mediums used for the same purpose, this is far superior quality.

Very clean and easy to use. It looks lovely as a top dressing. It is expensive though for the amount received.
