WORKS PERFECTLY!!
Extremely happy with this purchase.We hardwired ours so make sure you purchase the kit to do so. The kit for hardwiring in the desciption is not the correct one. I did contact the seller to get the correct model # but found it before they responded. They did respond fairly quickly.This size dries 2 large bath towels and keeps them very warm. The only down side for us was the location of the on/off switch which is on the bottom so we installed it upside down. The switch is pictured on the top left.

Takes too long to dry, doesn’t heat towel enough
The towel rack does dry towels more thoroughly than air drying, but it takes a long time. This means leaving a 200 watt appliance running for hours at a time, adding too much to our electric bill. It might be worth it if the towels warmed up more, giving the bather a spa-like experience, but dry is the best it does.

Not much heat
If when you think towel warmer you think steam heat type warmers. This is not for you. The unit is only 60 watts which is great if you do not want any accidental burns, the downside is the towels after 20 minutes sort of feel warm sort of.

Towels are so nice and warm
The rack looks really nice. Heats the towels acceptably. Hard to fit more than a couple of towels although there are several bars. Good for the price.

It really does dry the towels
It really works in drying the towels! It just barely works for two towels but better with one. We like it!

Looks good, doesn't heat up too much
I have a bucket towel warmer that is awesome, but bulky, that's why I opt'ed for this clean looking wall towel warmer. I tried it by plugging it on and the metal gets hot but the towel doesn't seem that warm.

Great for drying towels
This is a great product doesn't get the towel as warm as I would expected. But I didn't get it for that. I use it to dry my towels which does a great job!!
