Would not buy again, many of the prices we were sent were not correct. Called Amazon and was offered a partial refund but honestly it was so much hassle to have to take it apart and try to get it shipped back we just tried to make it work. It’s wiggly and makes a lot of noise, will do for now but would not buy again.

The instructions could be clearer. Several of the stickers that ID the parts had fallen off, which made assembly more difficult. There are a few pieces that look identical but are not. It was a logic puzzle to get each end of the bottom assembled correctly with regards to the shelving. We got it all put together, but now it makes me nervous how much it wiggles when I need to climb up there. We're going to stabilize it either with additional planks or brackets to the wall. This is exactly what our daughter wanted, though. I just didn't want to spend $2000-3000 on it.

Seems decent quality and thickness of wood. Lots of creaking after assembly, but that is only minor annoyance. Bed works and my kid loves the desk underneath.

Got the entire thing unpacked and there was no hardware included at all. Now our only choice is to try to pack it all up in the two boxes us came in and return it or contact the manufacturer (no manufacturer contact info is included).
