I bought one to test it. I found it to be a very good product, easy to hold. The best thing is that you can adjust the tension. This means you can do more squeezes, when you're hand gets tried, just adjust the tension and carry on. This means I can walk and squeeze at the same time. I bought another one as well.

Considering the price these are surprisingly good.

Top notch.Adjusting tension in kilograms is the most useful feature of this item. Allows both of my forearms slowly build up, and eventually become stronger. Very useful for the preparation of press up/pull up.The awesome thing about your forearms - they recover quickly. Which makes it part of my daily basis - I do this every morning.

Comfortable to hold and use but the spring has snapped

Update - The Physo said that the work done with this had really helped and discharged with full movement and strength restored.
