Brower PPF48 48-Inch Large Capacity Poultry Poly Feeder with Reel
It took a couple of tries to get this completely. The first one was incomplete. It had not ends and no roller. But UPS picked up the first one and I got the other on in a couple of days. It works very well for my hens. Although my hens are different ages and will not crowd up to eat so does not feed as many at a time that the manufacture says, but they just take turns. All in all I am thinking about getting another one. I would like to have one that is a bit shorter than this one. I did not glue it as the directions suggested but will soon as the end does fall off once in a while.

Broken and missing parts
The base was broken in several places and it didn’t come with the top piece of PVC pipe which is designed to keep chickens from standing on the food. Missing screw and well. Very disappointed.

MISSING PARTS
Purpose of this feeder was to get a REEL TOP handle that prevented chickens from roosting on the feeder and fouling the feed. This was MISSING, and product UNUSABLE as shipped. NO WAY TO CONTACT SELLER!!!! NO WAY TO GET MISSING PARTS. Only option is return

Very good large capacity feeder with good lip design
Holds a lot of feed and will probably last a while. The PVC handle will most likely be the piece that fails. The feeder itself seems to be well designed and the lip is perfect to prevent feed waste.

Best feeder I’ve had
This is the best feeder for my 22 laying hens. The long design allows for less dominance issues.

Great Chicken Feeders
I Use 3 of these in my chicken coup with 100 chickens and they work great. Highly recommend these.

We tried to order this feeder multiple times. We had to send two back because the bottom pan part was cracked too badly for us to patch and keep, the third one we received did not have the handle in the box at all. If the feeders were functional and complete upon arrival, they would be fine. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

... chicken coop for a week now and I really like it. My old one was a metal feeder ...
I have had the feeder in my chicken coop for a week now and I really like it. My old one was a metal feeder and I wasn't sure if I would like the pvc design, but it holds plenty of food and the middle bar keeps all the feed clean and my chickens out. I have 27 chickens and it's the perfect size for my flock.
