I bought X Small adult and that fits perfect on my 5'4 son who is 12 and weights 110.

Q: I am looking for a man's costume, 5' 6", 200 lbs. which one would fit.

I was 5'9" 215 around when I wore this and it was not tight. Just a little snug, I could do stuff very easily if I didn't do some major squaring and stuff like that. If you want it baggy. Might want a bigger size.
