can a standard size fit a 4 foot 9 inch kid

I bought X Small adult and that fits perfect on my 5'4 son who is 12 and weights 110.

I am looking for a man's costume, 5' 6", 200 lbs. which one would fit.

I was 5'9" 215 around when I wore this and it was not tight. Just a little snug, I could do stuff very easily if I didn't do some major squaring and stuff like that. If you want it baggy. Might want a bigger size.

Does this come with the mask?

Hello. Thank you for your inquiry! The Pennywise character mask with attached red hair is included with this costume.

Will the x small fit my lil brother? hes 5"3 tall the waist is 16 size

I'm 5'6 and it fits me ok. You just don't have a lot of room for extra clothes, if it's cold out.
