Why did my old remote control program get erased when I programmed the new one?

Most garage door openers have a limit on the number of simultaneously connected remote controls. When programming a new remote, the total count may exceed this limit. The system may automatically clear the programming from an older remote.

Is it compatible with existing garage door openers (especially older models)?

To ensure compatibility with a specific older model, consult the manufacturer or an expert in addition to checking the product detail page and manual instructions.

How durable is the keypad, especially in bad weather?

Our 877MAX garage keypad opener is weatherproof, durable, and can withstand heavy rain and heat.

Is the garage door keypad easy to install and use?

Yes, the installation process was straightforward.

Do keypads support temporary access codes feature?

Yes. You can check the manual to set a temporary password. The number of times the temporary password is used is also entirely up to you to set. (Temporary passwords can be used up to 255 times)
