It's a very full wig and sized for an adult, so I think she might be rather dwarfed by it. It would be better to seek out a specifically child-sized wig.

How do yall hide the harsh hairline to make it realstic?

You don’t really. You can thin out the hairline a bit or even cut bangs into it, but a hard front costume wig is what it is.
