As you would expect form Collins, this maths workbook is top quality and aligns well to the UK curriculum taught in primary schools. The layout is clear and my son was able to follow this with minimal guidance, and enjoyed completing a few pages each week to help cement what he had been learning in class. Highly recommended.

They are well designed and easy to understand, and will help children and parents to engage with each other while improving their mathematical understanding and number skills. In a way, they help parents bring maths into the home in the same way as reading is practised at home. I am looking forward to working through these books with my grandsons.The material is based upon the national curriculum, and seems progressive and logical in its approach. The audio tests (you scan a QR code with your phone) help children get used to what to expect in the SATS tests at school, and are illuminating for parents too.I include a picture of the preamble and a sample page from the book.Overall, I think these books are excellent, and are just what is needed to improve mathematical skills in children (and perhaps parents too).

My sone has worked his way though this book, and really enjoyed the exercises. Its the perfect companion to school and reinforces the learning at home

This is a really good revision book for mental maths for your Yr 3 (7-8yr old) child. It is matched to the national curriculum and is structured with a starter test to recap maths from the previous year, target topics each covering questions over 2 pages. There are 8 audio tests where you can get verbal questions by scanning a QR code, and then there are 4 progress tests.The book is in colour, well laid out in clear big bold writing and has questions aimed at the correct level for your child. This is a lovely book by a well established publisher. It is really competitively priced at £5 and offers excellent value for money. The answers are also at the back!I definitely recommend this book!
