Not at all helpful .
They claim their product to clear psoriasis lesions . I kept my expectations low and ordered it to atleast moisturize my lesions after bath but its not helpful even in that . It rather exacerbates my itching and smells bad . It is an irritant to psoriasis lesions . So a big warning ⚠️ to not waste money on this .
