Item was defective and I requested a return the same day…the seller would not collect, so eventually I paid for the item to go back, the seller then refused as the return window ‘closed’ so I have paid for item which didn’t work, paid to return it and have no refund. Essentially paying for an item I don’t even have. Would never deal with these guys again!

Great water bottle! Purchased for my son who will be starting school in fall. Great size for most standard book bag mesh water bottle holders and it’s as easy twist top lid he can maneuver easily and well. We have only used it for cold drinks like ice water and even on hot soccer evenings it kept ice in tact and water cool for hours and hours on the go!
