Disappointing service
I had specifically requested a different font and even shared the exact font from Google when they asked for it. Despite that, they still used their default font, which I did not like. I also had to send multiple reminders just to receive the first design for review. After I shared the updated font details, revised design was not sent at all even after follow ups on WhatsApp and email. Quite disappointing service.
