Put together in one day and am super happy with the results. Only thing I didn’t like is it lacked anchor bolts or screws which was an easy purchase at my local hardware store. Overall I would give it a 9 out of 10 on the installation experience, and an 10 out of 10 on the appearance. It is exactly what I wanted and actually exceeded my expectations.

Excellent product, very well made. Took about 4 hours for me and by son to build. The local shipping company was a nightmare and very Ill prepared but the good thing is when I reached out to the manufacturer they were very concerned and did everything a company should do to make it right. Great business model and customer service.

This pergola is fantastic, it met our expectations. It was excellently packaged and arrived with no damage. The company also included extra of each item needed, including an extra louvre. Exceptional!

Product was great. Ease of installation was good. Only problem we had was that it didn’t arrive on the date so we didn’t have the help we needed to put it together. The seller was apologetic and gave us a refund on the shipping fee.

The media could not be loaded. Unbelievable great customer support from this company! They were right on top of things when a shipping company failed to deliver my pergola on time (and even required me to help them unload it!). Best of all, their product is outstanding! Love my new pergola. My handyman assembled it for me in just a few hours and declared it one of the best made he’d ever seen.

Instructions are bad. Quality is mediocre. Disappointed with this purchase.Customer service did reach out to see how they could make it better and I appreciate that.

I would say all and all I am happy with the product, but there are a couple of items to consider should you also purchase. First, the measurements provided are slightly off, I would say allow for a few more inches, I have a 10+ foot wide patio pad and the pergola does exceed that for sure, not by much but we had to make some provisions to allow for that. Second, and perhaps more important is aesthetics, if you see in the photo, while some pergolas include it, this one does not have covers the shield you view of the unsightly bolt used to bolt down the structure to the patio. I am trying to find something pleasing to the eye to do so, but have not found anything yet.. Will post again if I do.
