Can you use this over a halter?

Yes, it can be used over or under the halter. The stiff brow piece is below the brow band. We also use it when we ride. It fits over the bridle as well.

Is this designed to fit over the Equivisor?

Hello, I think you are asking if this EquiVizor fly mask is made to go over the Clear Recovery Vizor? If I am understanding your correctly, then no it is not. The EquiVizor fly mask with Ears is a Stand alone fly mask. The Recovery Vizor includes the matching Fly mask jacket that fits over it. I hope that answers your question. All the best to you and your horse.
