The capsules are about the length of a US nickel and are completely tasteless (like my SIL's fashion choices). Just a heads up: take it with food! It made me a bit nauseated on an empty stomach, but it works much better, as long as I've had a bite to eat. I usually take it before bedtime, so that I can sleep through any unsettled feelings. I'm combining this with a loose attempt at being a healthy human (drinking half my body weight in water, eating veggies like kale and broccoli, limiting alcohol, and trying to sleep 7-9 hours a night).
