I am very happy with this product so far. I've had it for about 3 weeks or so, to help me alleviate the pain in my lower back. It heats up perfectly and it stays warm for a long time. I love the lavender smell and the lavender color! I would recommend this product.

Ok. This has changed my life. I hear it in the microwave snd put it on sore muscles but actually, I sleep with it under my back every night. It’s such a warm cozy feeling that is so relaxing. Love love it so much that I purchased a second one. The size makes it so versatile.

Has a good material but I get disappointed when I see the small size. I believe I didn’t read all the reviews before but it. Work perfectly but I would like be more longer to cover all my front and back knee with just one.

I used as an ice pack first and really liked the fact it was not so very cold at first but seemed to stay cold longer than my other ice packs. Have used as heating pad also. Really love the color, size and the fact it has a washable cover.

A friend gave me a rice filled heating pad that she had made and I really liked it but it was a bit small. It was the first time I ever used something other than a gel pad that you heat in the microwave and those always start leaking after a year or two. I wanted to get another rice type bag - a bit bigger - and went looking on here. For the price, I was not expecting much. I thought it would be cheap, shiny, plastic "velvet" and be... well I didn't expect much but thought it would do. I opened the box and was amazed! This is wonderful, soft real velvet. It is a good size and looks expensive and "hand made". The heat really is somewhat moist, unlike gel heating pads. And I microwave longer then the directions - one minute each side. Yes, it doesn't stay warm that long - maybe 45 minutes - but I like to use it as a foot warmer at the end of the bed and it is perfect for that. Another thing I really like is that the cover is just thick and soft enough so that I don't have to wrap it in a towel or something. Yes, it has a faint odor of like lavender and mint. Not enough to be offensive or pleasant - just a little fragrance. This is one of those things that I think I will have and keep the rest of my life - and you can't say that about many products these days.

It does the job as a heating pad. It really is microwave safe, which is great and quick to use. The only thing I don’t like is the smell of it when it comes out of the microwave. It has an awful chemical or factory smell that lingers

Tried it as soon as i got it and WOW the smell of lavender is so comforting!! Bought it to help relieve cramps for my time of month, no regrets!! Feels so reliving. Very soft, heated up nicely, easy to clean.

Okay, I've only had the item for about 36 hours and have used it 3X. I am off to Europe today so I hope a place or two has a microwave for me! My back has been bothering me the last several weeks. I borrowed a standard heating pad from a friend. But this little heating pad really gets into the nooks and crannies of my lower back when I'm sitting up. I was surprised. The heating pad is divided into 5 areas so the flaxseed doesn't just collect in one area over time like the old homemade ones. The washable cover is great as it is collecting some steam from the heating pad as well as my own skin. Follow-up. I took it to Europe and most of the 3 star hotels I was at allowed me to warm it up in their microwave! So handy. I prefer this to a standard heating pad because the flaxseed fits into the grooves of my body. I'm ordering a second one for my neck!
