Specification stated this product has arch support but there isn’t! It’s just a flat shock absorbing insole. No refund within 14 days is illegal. The product was unused and unsuitable. Not impressed.

These are an OK insole - they seem well made and fit true to size. They're thin enough to fit in most of my trainers without squashing my feel up inside the shoes. But they don't provide a lot of cushioning or bounce - I now pair them with a second insole to get the level of shock absorption I require.
