## Description

Alive! Ultra Women's Energy Wholefood Plus, 26 Essential Vitamins and Minerals, Specially Balanced Formulation for Women, Suitable for Vegetarians - 60 Tablets : desertcart.co.uk: Health & Personal Care

Review: Excellent - Ok, I was skeptical but willing to try them. After a couple of weeks I believed they weren't doing anything. I was wrong. I stopped taking them and I felt like cr*p! I literally felt how I did BEFORE taking them. I didnt notice the gradual improvement in myself. Once I started taking them again the difference was amazing. I suffer ME and Fibro so struggle with a lot of pain and fatigue. These vitamins didn't cure me... but they made me able to function again. The odd day I forget to take one i always start feeling rubbish later on. I've tried numerous other brands (cheap and expensive ones) and NONE have made a difference to me. This one is great and I would recommend anyone to try them.
Review: Great all rounder multivitamin - If you don’t like taking supplements this is a good one to take because it has everything in it at a good dose- I feel more energised taking these in the morning

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are these suitable for a teenager?**
A: This product is for !6 years and upwards. Under this age they can take the Women's tablets or jells - from 13 years.

**Q: Is this product gluten free? Thanks in advance.**
A: Yes gluten, dairy, soya and yeast free

**Q: Hi, can these vitamins be broken to two pieces or powdered for easier swallow? Thank you**
A: Yes, you could halve the tablet with a sharp knife and it is possible to ground into powder.

**Q: Is this the same as the alive once daily**
A: This is not the same product. The Alive! Ultra Women's Energy Wholefood Plus has been specifically formulated for the UK/EU market to be legally compliant. The US version, the Once Daily, is not. Additionally, some of the levels of nutrients used in the US are too high in the UK/EU, such as vitamin A, therefore these have been adjusted. However the product still contains high potency, bio-available nutrients with specific botanical blends and 26 fruits and vegetables.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great all rounder multivitamin
*by G***I on 23 April 2025*

If you don’t like taking supplements this is a good one to take because it has everything in it at a good dose- I feel more energised taking these in the morning

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ These work!!
*by L***E on 13 March 2021*

I've been taking these supplements for a few weeks now because after contracting Covid I have been left with severe fatigue and zero energy. Before taking these tablets I could barely get up off the chair, let alone do my housework. It's taken a couple of weeks but I have far more energy now and the fatigue is nowhere near as bad! The only negative thing I have to say about them is that they don't taste great, and they're so large it's like swallowing a bullet! Apart from that, they're great! I will be buying more soon.
