Crunchy tasty and very delicious. We like the honey and oats flavor. A good breakfast and actually a snack for anytime. Fill the bowl and pour ice cold milk over it. We usually have a banana or strawberries with it. Its enough to get us through till lunch. Being seniors we need an extra boost of protein to give us energy. A good product and value.
