Good flour, bad price
Have used this brand before, and I definitely recommend it. Works great for many asian recipes and you really need to use the proper ingredients sometimes.At nearly £9 per kg this is really expensive flour though.

I love this rice flour.I'm so pleased to find this productUsed this flour to make mochi and dango. Turned out to be perfect !Also my husband needs gluten free diet so I use this flour to make pancake for his treat.It's stickier and you can taste sweetness from rice
